“Jeff Ireland is pretty much THE guy on the west coast for aftermarket BMW parts. Somehow he continues to fabricate new products for old cars that so many of the big brands simply don't make. I mean, where else can you get custom silicone coolant hoses, engine rod bearings, billet wheel spacers, and everything else under the same roof? The other bad reviews here are from the type of people who have ruined amazon and Ebay for sellers: they apparently have buyer's remorse and the patience of small children, because there's nothing this business wouldn't do to help a customer in need of a return. I've returned items several months after purchase with a simple email explaining a fitment issue. They'll even refer you to the competition if it's a product they don't carry. Ground Control and TopEnd are great, and Jeff's former team chief, Andrew is now working with Eric at Coupe King these days. They all reference each other though when necessary, i suppose because real game recognizes real game. But this review is for IE, so head to the IE and visit IE.”

“I called a few places ahead of time since my regular spot stopped doing smog checks, and these guys were by far the least expensive and most responsive. I went there, and less than 20 min and $45 later, I was done (don’t quote that price though - I know it depends on the year of your car). It was super efficient and I got lucky that no one was there when I arrived. By the time I left there were only 2 other people waiting. I have a feeling it’s particularly efficient here because they only do smog checks. They have a couple parking spots for waiting (plus plenty of street parking when I went), and a table, chairs, and a bench to sit and wait. They do take credit cards (visa/mastercard) and they do offer a free retest I believe (that didn’t apply to me so I don’t know from experience). I will most likely come back here in a couple of years for my next one!”
