He and his team made the replacement process fast and simple. He was knowledgeable, pricing was great, he was helpful determining how best to resolve everything, patient answering all my dumb questions , and professional. During the swap I also realized the driveshaft had been damaged during the same incident. Marc had a unit shipped to me ASAP in northern Canada. They clearly take great pride in their service. Other shops could learn a few things from them. This is the experience you want customers to have. If you have an issue with your Mercedes transmission this is the only place to contact.
