Romel took great care of my car and spoke to me honestly about any problems and didn't hide the costs with hidden fees or other nonsense. He is straightforward, honest, and hardworking. Other places would only use their machines with sensors to find problems with your engine, but Romel did the complete A-Z checkup and pinpointed the part I would need to change to pass a smog test for my 2001 Sienna. “Been seeing this place for years but never came until yesterday when I approached Carlos with a question about my 05 Silverado. He gave me a full breakdown of my question so I brought my truck in and he did his diagnostics. He informed me about what he found and what my options are. Upon picking my truck up and ready to drive it around like he instructed to get a better scan my truck did the problem it did last Friday so he said leave it and I’ll figure it out. Before leaving again he thoroughly explained what the parts do to make the engine run. It was a knowledgeable man talking about auto mechanics very informative. Went home he then Calle some and told me what was needed to be done. It was agreed to have the work done and right now my truck is up and running and I’m very glad I took my truck there.
