“This review is WAY overdue. Sometime in November, my mom's E class' battery life came to an end. She had just finished her shift at work and couldn't get her car to turn on. I rushed over to her area and had to call a tow company to get her car towed to the nearest shop. I found M & J Auto Body on google maps. They had great reviews so I called them immediately. They were super helpful and welcomed us to their shop. Two gentlemen walked over to greet my mom and I. I believe their names were Vartan and Jack. They analyzed the car and within 5 minutes were able to tell me that it's her battery that had died. We ended up leaving her car overnight but the guys were able to get her battery replaced early the next morning. I took my mom back to the shop to pick up her car and she mentioned that the car feels brand new. HAHA. Her car is pretty old so I knew this day would come, lol. I'm so glad we found this shop. All the employees were professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Their prices were fair and their turnaround time was quick. They made sure to contact my mom to follow-up and make sure everything was running smooth. Thank you so much Vartan and Jack for your help with our car. You guys are awesome!!!!!!”

“If you're looking for a professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable diesel mechanic in Southern California, Charlie is the man! From Robyn promptly picking up the phone at the office, to Charlie arriving first thing in the morning the next day, they were always courteous, responsive and extremely helpful. Our bobcat had broken down on a jobsite in Long Beach and we were unable to move it (The bobcat just stopped working). In other words, we were stuck. Within minutes of arriving, Charlie diagnosed the problems, and called the bobcat dealership to order parts. We were up and running within hours! I'm still super impressed with the high quality workmanship, and follow up from Robyn, who checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still working okay. “I have a classic 1979 VW Westfalia campervan that needed an extensive overhaul after sitting in the garage after 3 years of the pandemic. I live in West LA and most of my former VW mechanics closed up shop due to the high rents on the Westside. I was lucky to find Jose at Jim's Auto Repair in Long Beach who had the expert knowledge to diagnose a faulty distributor which was causing my Westfalia to stall. Jose is an expert mechanic with exceptional interpersonal skills. He also built a strong cadre of mechanics at his shop. His price was reasonable given the extent of work needed to bring my Westfalia to tip top running condition. While sitting in the waiting area, I was able to talk to the many satisfied customers bringing their German cars over for repairs.”
