Even though S&S is primarily a diesel shop when I called to see if they would be willing to service my F150 Kumar was super friendly and willing to take it on. They were able to diagnose my ABS issue quickly and I appreciate that they bench tested the system to confirm the fault rather than just guessing and checking with expensive components. After diagnosis Kumar called me to explain my options and sent me a detailed breakdown of the charges via a web based app. It was so nice to see the itemized list on the app to help comprehend the charges. It’s also super helpful to store the digital records rather than a ton of printed receipts. Overall I had a terrific experience and will be taking my F150 back for service going forward.”
