I love that Claremont is an open and affirming church that welcomes all God's children no matter who they are or where they find themselves on the journey of faith. I love that Claremont UMC walks the walk and talks its talk about social justice and serving the least among us both nationally, globally and locally as Jesus taught. I am deeply and passionately moved by their worship that is liturgical and yet full of spirit especially at Easter and Holy Week. I was baptized in this church on Holy Saturday two years ago. Pastors Sharon and Dan are wonderful servant leaders and I am proud to know them as friends, children of God and my brothers and sisters in Christ. God bless you, Claremont UMC! “I just participated in a Taize service via Zoom. This is a beautiful devotional service for Advent. It was a peaceful retreat from our crazy world, and a reminder that we should "be still and know that I am God." I find the Bible centered services important to my faith. There are many opportunities to participate and serve, and a real warmth and love from many people. Not everyone is super warm and loving all the time (like me) because I am a super introvert. But I love Our Savior Lutheran Church.”
