Originally he went in very nervous all his dental experiences have been brutal, here at Children’s Dental FunZone, he was acknowledged and explained what would be done and how it works with care and love, he was included in his own care if he wanted to help and felt proud, he was also given the space to express his feeling and cry, that it was okay to feel nervous and scared, staff took their time to how things work and what would be done to him. Initially I was very nervous and even pushed my surgery back a few times as I did not want to go through with it. I spoke with Dr. Khorsandi explaining to him my fears and hesitancy. He explained to process to me ensuring it is not as complex as I thought it would be. He made me feel very comfortable.
