Dr. Lu did my root canal painlessly and completed my crown the following week. Bottom line, she gets the job done and well. “Let me start by saying that I'm terrified of the dentist. I had a pretty bad experience when I was a kid so every time I go to the dentist it's a burden but not anymore! I recently visited Dr. Padilla Office and had a great experience. His staff was amazing. From Ariel at the front desk, the assistant Jaymi ;), to Margaret and Dr. Padilla himself. They took care of me and made me feel welcome from the time I step in their office. It was my first time at this office so Jaymi had to take x-rays of my teeth and it was a breeze. She walked me through the process and answered any questions I had about it. Dr. Padilla came in right after to check my teeth and he was so nice, he figured I was nervous so he kept asking me If I was OK and If I needed anything to let him know. Luckily I only needed a cleaning so then I was taking to... My hero Margaret!, she was so kind and sweet and explained to me what every tool does and how it works and not to worry about anything. She made me feel like I was just there to chat with her. She was amazing! The best part is that I didn't feel anything! like zero, nada! My previous experiences has never been like that. I'm telling you I'm such a baby when it comes to the dentist, anything hurts but with Margaret magic hands, didn't feel a thing. Overall my experience was amazing. I highly recommend anyone with a fear of the dentist to come to Dr. Padilla's office and have them change your mind on what an actually dentist is! Highly knowledgeable and professional.”

“I have been going here for the past two years. I pay out of pocket for my insurance, so not much is included aside from my two cleanings a year. I also have excellent dental health and brush with my Quip twice a day, so I know my teeth are in good health. Many dentists are notorious for upcharging and diagnosing for problems that do not exist. I have never experienced this here or been billed unfairly. I think this is important when choosing a medical professional since upcoding is a common practice. In addition, I have never waited long for my appointments. Anyways, I recommend this place at least for basic cleaning services.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Mascola and Family Dental since 2013. I drive 2 hours for my appointments, although there are abundant dental offices around me. What is so impressive about the Clinic and Dr. Mascola is they are very easy going, great at social engagement and effortlessly move about greeting patients with endless smiles while the work is going on. It is like watching Michael Jordan play basketball where form disappears and the work appears effortless and in flow. Being a psychologist myself I know how important it is to develop and maintain good rapport with my patients. Dental work is no exception. In fact this is necessary as almost always a visit to the dentist seems to illicit some apprehension. Dr. Mascola and his Staff are truly gifted at putting people at ease and supporting them in their treatment. The quality of the diagnostic work up and the treatment I receive make my 2 hour car trip worthwhile. Their clinical advice is always spot on. Dr. Mascola did my braces, and at 64 I have the best looking smile ever. He has become our family Dentist where several of my immediate family (my wife, sisters, brothers and nieces and nephews) go to him for all their dental work.
