“I would like to express my appreciation to Herald Christian Health Center covid-19 vaccination team. Although it might take a little while waiting for my call to get through to make appointment, I understand the vaccination team was under extreme pressure to accommodate n all incoming calls. From my experience, I did receive the team’s responses to my questions even after office hours, that meant they worked late into evenings. I even received one return call from the team on Sunday around 9:30 pm. Even though I told the team lady I got my question solved, the lady double checked to see if I received my confirmation of the date, time and location of the vaccination appointment. I thanked her for the return call as I felt she was about to lose her voice because her voice was so coarse, she just politely said “no need to thank me, I am just doing my job.” At the appointment, the team was so well organized and courteous, it only took less than half an hour to complete the vaccination shot. Once again, thank you.”
