They are compassionate, caring, thorough and they listen and are willing to provide referrals and recommendations. I've also had lots and lots of interaction with the office staff. Zoreida and all other staff members are very helpful, offer recommendations and will respond quickly and happily to requests. They are all very good at what they do so it's no surprise that they are a busy office so it's sad to see that people will give a negative review just because there aren't available when they are sick. If it's urgent, go to urgent care, but don't leave a bad review because they won't put aside all the other patients who have been waiting in line to see them. I'm from Las Vegas and if you're only having to wait three weeks for an appointment, consider yourself lucky. Many doctors in Vegas have a six week or more appointment wait time.”

“I needed my wisdom tooth removed ASAP. It had been causing me a lot of pain but couldn't get it removed by my dentist because he was out due to medical issues he was having. Finding a GOOD dentist is SO difficult.. But my dental office referred me to Dr. Maldonado. I called & got scheduled for the next day. I couldn't believe it. So I was still a little skeptical & thought for sure because it's considered kind of an emergency, I'm going to get charged a ridiculous price. (Even with my dental coverage) To my surprise I get there, check in & everything was good. I get taken to the back, they take x-rays and no lie with in a minute it was over with. My wisdom tooth was removed! I couldn't believe it!! He was so gentle & very patient with me. Especially because I was very nervous but also very anxious to get it out & over with. He was AMAZING! And the price was not bad at all!!! I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to see him!! Thank you Dr. Maldonado. You are such a good person & your assistant was sO nice as well!❤️”

And if you are lucky enough to get Claudia to be assisting you, you will experience quality care with her. She has been such a professional in taking care of me at my appointments. She makes me feel at ease and takes proper time to make sure she’s doing everything well and that I’m pleased. Such a sweet personality as well! Very nurturing. I think she deserves recognition for her hard work- pay raise $$☺️👌 Now, no facility is perfect, but I do think they try their best here. I had an unforeseen issue arise with my crown, where an allergic reaction occurred with the material. They are working with me in fitting and making a new crown with different material. It’s still in progress, but I’m hopeful and appreciate their help.”
