“Amazing from the start. I broke my hand on the softball field and called to make an appointment asap. Lauren W. Helped me get an appointment that morning with a doctor in Van Nuys who had an opening. All the staff, doctor(Auerbach), nurses etc were lovely and helpful. I met with his PA and she was great too. I had my surgery earlier today and I have to say KUDOS to everyone in that surgery center. I was extremely anxious but everyone was so sweet to me. Huge shout out to the anesthesiologist who did my arm nerve block. I was kinda freaking out but she kept me calm. The nurse at the end once I was waking up was lovely. I joked that I wished my husband knew how to braid hair. She offered to braid my hair for me. Just want to say thank you to everyone even tho I don’t remember all of your names.”

“I would like to divide my review into two sessions: 1) Dr. Quan: I like Dr. Quan. He listens well, does not rush and answers my questions in very detail. 2) Office: Office staff is polite and courteous. However their time management is not up to par. I had an appointment with Dr. Quan and I had to wait for 1 hours in the office sitting. The office told me Dr. Quan had an emergency in the morning and running the behind his schedule. Why didn’t you tell me before? I can easily reschedule my appointment or come a later time or at least bring my computer so I can work. Empathy is the key with human relationships. Treat someone the way you want to be treated. Hope this review will help the office to improve the time management.”

“Dr. Nasir seemed a very competent doctor who asked relevant questions, did his evaluation and prescribed the correct medication, which helped. Proper medication is a deal breaker for me. I do not want to be sent home with a Tylenol or a placebo as I had been before by other doctors after waiting for an appointment for almost a month:). Good doctors are hard to find! The office seemed professional, and I was seen in an appropriately timely manner considering the high volume of patients that day.
