“Dr. Lee performed a tendon repair on my thumb two days ago. First, I want to say every member of his surgical team made me feel like I was going in for a spa treatment, not surgery. Every member of the team took the time to personally introduced themselves to me and make sure I was comfortable. Next, Dr. Lee was very pleasant in pre-op. He was even paying attention to the music I was listening to in pre-op and had it playing in the OR when I woke up for him to check the repair. Post-op he gave me very simple instructions for after care and made sure I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. Pain level is minor I don’t even need pain meds. He has been an exceptional Doctor from my first appointment, to surgery and aftercare. Awesome experience.”

“What a delightful pediatric dental practice! I took my 23 month daughter for her first appointment and each person (front staff, hygienist, and Dr Hiradate) was very warm, cheerful and made us feel very welcome. The front desk board even had a welcome sign with my daughters name on it! There were charming details throughout (like the tooth fairy house, no cavity club certificate, good job/reward toy). Something that could be scary for kids was turned into a charming experience. Dr H was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. My daughter had the best teeth cleaning and walked out a happy camper.”

To the nurses at the hospital and the staff in the office, everyone was so awesome. I found Dr. Kossari after wanting to go to a new doctor with this pregnancy. I had TWO C-sections with a previous Dr with no input of mine and felt like it was convenient and easier for that doctor and I did not want another C-section with my third. I wanted to try to deliver naturally because I felt like I didnt have a proper chance in trying.. Dr. Kossari heard me and evaluated me and my health to see if I would be a candidate for a VBAC… he didn’t make any promises but he atleast gave me hope and made me feel heard in what I wanted as a woman and a patient. Fast forward to when my body naturally went into labor, we did it! Once my baby came out I really felt so thankful and felt like it was all a team effort in making it possible and am forever grateful. It was a beautiful experience and I thank him for showing up for me and my baby at 3 am !!! He was on his off day and he still came to deliver my baby…. THANK YOU DR. KOSSARI! You’re a real one!”
