“Dr. Kelly and Saade have been my kid's Pediatrician for almost 7 year now ever since they born. After my first kid's born, the assigned pediatrician from the hospital came for a checkup and I was scheduled to go to her office for vaccinations and future visits. When I went to that Pediatrist's office, there were like 8-10 babies crying with parents waiting in the reception area. I was like..what???.this is how our baby's each visit going to be?? take time off from work thinking we will be done in 1-2 hrs, instead waiting for like 2-3 hrs, with baby crying, hungry, diaper change and what NOT. Why would doctors double book appointments when they can not manage. I got so impatient and call one of my old friend and she gave me Dr. Kelly/Saade contact info with great review. I scheduled an appointment for next day and to my surprise they didn't make me wait, they were so supportive and organize in every way. They respect parent's time don't make you wait for hours like other doctor offices. On several occasions when my kids got sick during weekend (like suddenly vomiting), we left message and Docs would call us at home asap. I have never seen or heard doctor doing this, show this much concern about their patients. They are not obligated to give you a phone call in their weekend time. BUT they do. These two Docs are exceptionally caring. BTW they are open on Saturday too till afternoon, that's very convenient. Even stuff like Iron deficiency, their office would call us for reminder to go for lab work, do follow ups. I recommended to my family members and I am so glad that I found them bcos of my friend. Must Recommended... ”
