“Started going here for the last two trimesters of my pregnancy. The ob-gyn nurses and doctor bergman are professional and are very efficient. Usually get seen before or exactly at the appointment time given. The front of staff can seem unwelcoming but they have a new receptionist that seems to have better social skills and gives a more welcoming vibe. The assigned hospital for delivery for all patients here seems to be valley presbyterian. Midwife Cindy Wee is really knowledgeable and personable. She's a good asset to this place. Adding to my original review. I think someone at one of their locations needs to get checked. There's some sabotage going on with their phone system. I waited about twenty minutes with 3 callers ahead of me. After the jazz music and voice loops that allow you to request a callback, i got to the point where the phonw had the short ring, like how it sounds when theyre about to speak, but all i got was some classical music with staticy feedback, as if someone was playing that music from another device. This time no queue status reminder. Someone is going the extra mile to not do their job and ignore patients.”
