“The wait times can be long but everyone here is very accommodating and friendly. Honestly much better than the Huntington park location. I made the switch a few years ago because the HP location kept losing my information and I didn’t feel comfortable with the doctors there. As for the downtown location, I’ve actually been seen by many of the doctors that work there and I like them all. Of course I have a few favorites but overall everyone there, from the front desk clerks, nurses, phlebotomists, to the doctors are diligent and nice. I have seen them truly try their best to improve on management and scheduling appointments.”
