“I am not one to write reviews but I feel this review is worth the read. I can not say enough of how pleased I am with my custom bbq island from Tropicana Outdoor Living. I was skeptical about purchasing another island because of a bad experience from another company not even located in California. So I saw Tropicana at a trade show in San Diego and was so amazed at their products I just had to look into it, needles to say I was sold. My superb experience started with the sales team who sat down and listened to what I wanted, how I wanted it. They even explained in detail the different types of BBQs, side burners, designs and options to choose from, my sales rep even came to my house to measure and make sure that what I wanted was going to be a perfect fit for the space I had. The customer service was second to none, when it came time to finalize my build, I was emailed design pictures with the exact measurements and exact location of where the grill, side burner. outlets and fridge would be. Now, for the delivery and installation. Delivery and installation was top notch, professional and very clean. The delivery team assembled and installed all components with ease and cleaned up all trash and boxes. I can not say enough of how pleased I am with Tropicana Outdoor Living and would recommend them to anyone looking to transform their back yard.”

I really didn’t want a new chair, I just wanted this one to not look so tacky. Took it to these guys, and they had me and my chair in and out of there in 15 minutes. Reyes was prompt in providing us sample books of fabrics swatches for us to look through (same day!). In total for 17 chairs, the entire process was about 2 weeks - such a fast turnaround. He even split the job for us so we weren't without chairs for our patients. The pricing is super fair for the quality work he provided + the fabric used is really great for what we need (daily usage by patients, spill proof + easy to clean).
