“The cost is expensive for sure. But after checking the place out I see the atmosphere is good. I gave the place a 1 star out of nothing and I regret it. The staff is friendly and the cardio machines are top notch which other gyms don’t have. I plan to get a membership soon. Sorry Anytime Fitness for the 1 star.”

“Went for my first spin class with my high school friend Ani M. Cash. Totally kicked my butt which was not too hard being I am a newbie. Can't wait to get stronger. Such great energy and focus looking forward to more classes there, going to check out other classes as well.”

“I took my child at a time of 20 months & I’m so glad I did. My daughter had a wonderful time both with the staff, the kids and with what the class to offer. She was very active and it helped her grow in her physical strength. Every time we stepped into the room, she was happy and loud. Thank you My Gym Koreatown, if we were still in LA, we would’ve still be going. You made our experience so great.”

“Getting ready for my 2nd sparring session at 15th Round Boxing in Glendale. The first one was awesome - way different than sparring at other gyms I have been to. Most gyms everyone spars all at the same time like with your partner for a few minutes and you switch each round - not here. It is 3 rounds, full gear person v. person like a real amateur fight. We decided not to go too hard because my sparring partner and I both wanted to focus on learning - but because of the structure and the advice from coaches in between rounds it felt real. This weekend we might open up a bit and go harder. Excellent experience for anyone who likes boxing!”

“I do the personal training with Monique Selva. Twice a week. Its a clean facility with one one focus, to work your body. She handles me different than she would handle another client. Each session is designed to focus on areas of my body that will benefit me. Ive worked out with her for three months, dropped 35 pounds , become stronger and flexible. I would reccomend this training for anyone who wants to invest in them selves.”

“Place is kept clean and they have a good selection of machines to work out on. Coming in and out of there the staff is friendly and easy going. The music might be my favorite part, they play classic alternative punk; Blink 182, All American Rejects, etc. Devon, one of the staff members there, was very helpful. All in all, definitely gonna keep coming back. Side note, I live in Los Angeles , that's a hell of a drive if it wasn't a good place to work out.”

“Peak 5 is a place for those looking to begin or continue a serious fitness journey. Their coaches are real leaders and they take personal interest in every member. I've been a part of the gym for over a year. In that time, not only have I made personal gains that I'm incredibly proud of, I also made some great friendships. I'm normally someone who's fairly introverted, but it's impossible to not engage with the positivity this place creates. Egos are checked at the door and you never feel like you're being judged. What I enjoy about Crossfit is that it concentrates on being strong. It's not about fad diets and it's not about just looking good. Progressing in Crossfit results in functional strength that benefits you in the real world. I'm almost 40 and last year I hiked the John Muir Trail (220 miles) in just 14 days. It's an accomplishment I'm incredibly proud of and Peak 5 was a major factor in making it possible. Overall, this is a great place. If you're curious, you should just head over and check it out. The owner, Pete, is a really great guy who genuinely cares about the well being of each member. He's always ready with both fist bumps and ensuring you're motivated to do your best.”
