I was greeted by friendly staff and encouraged to talk to HR Carlos. Connor and Carlos ( Staff) allowed me to try out the class for that day. That same time, I witnessed the family environment coupled with challenging workouts. My classmates stepped through the door with a big smile and paired up with me. The instructor ( Chris) carefully demo each exercise and patiently correct my form to avoid injury. METCON is a great gym, and I encourage anyone interested in working out surrounded by good vibes and under the supervision of a coaches to come and check it out.”
