Simply PROFESSIONAL to the MAX! The classes are legit, they will push you no matter what your fitness level, and there are mods(go ask a kid) for every single exercise or circuit we do. I was recently part of a gym transfer & when James and the new trainers came in, they welcomed us with open arms, did everything in their power to make us feel part of the community and team. We do, and we are! In the 4 months that we have been part of the SOF community I have made countless friends, and feel safe to continue my health and fitness journey in a extremely clean and sanitized environment.”

Dr. Ivy is kind and gentle and we can say the same about the team members that assisted us in both the front and back offices. Dr. Ivy made our children’s first dental appointment easy and enjoyable. Compare to non-Koreatown physicians, (any American doctors in West LA or OC) the cash price was very reasonable and cheaper than i thought. I know some other Koreatown clinic cash price is cheaper, but I would rather come here. When they explained the price of each items, I understood perfectly. Anyway, staffs were professional and doctor was very thorough. On my second visit for my blood test result, doctor knew what he needs to emphazie. He explained better than my previous doctor in West LA. :) I do not needs to go again because my kidney is okay now but, I will recommand him for nephrologist.”
