“Such a great experience we have had with the staff and facility here. In an emergent situation we were directed here rather than our in-network hospital. Extremely scared of the unknown, the moment Dr. Kassar came in and spoke with us we felt a peace come over us and the foundation of confidence was laid for our experience. After my wife went through a scary emergency C section, and a baby that was 2 and a half months premature, we were met by a heart warming staff that would boost our confidence in the facility. My wife had a great experience with her recovery in the birthing center with our baby next door in the NICU. The nurses were sweet, kind, and accommodating to my wife’s needs. I was met head on with the NICU staff and I was blown away by them from day 1!!! With the trauma of seeing your premature baby, the staff not only took such good care of my little girl, they also were very sympathetic and heart warming to myself. That first day will forever be in my memory of what a great experience I am still having to this day. After meeting so many different nurses,land doctors, day and night shift, not one has made my wife and I question the confidence and abilities, nor the compassion, for the babies and parents that are staying in the NICU. I can’t express enough how highly satisfied our experience has been. I truly believe God directed us there for a reason that we couldn’t see at first but am very grateful He did. The NICU staff will forever be in my heart.”
