“I got lucky with Alberto. He squeezed me in the same day, which is pretty rare for an LA barber. The cut was solid. I will say that after years of trying different barbers, I see patterns. If you go to a Mexican barber, they can't help themselves but to give you some form of a fade:) even if you asked for no fade. Cultural thing I believe. Shop on the outside could use some TLC. Was a bit rub down. Inside was a standard setup, clean, nothing fancy. Overall, Albert was a really nice man who cares about doing a good job and likes people.”

I've been in to see the Optical Dept a few times in the past month and yes everyone is right, it's crazy busy. There is a bit of a long wait but once my number was called THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received was absolutely amazing and well worth the wait, especially because I know I'm saving hundreds comprared to a private docs office. These Opticians are knowledgeable and what's sad, is that they are working extremely hard and still get lashed out at like it's their fault, there are shortages everywhere people. Be patient and give them a chance if you want to save $$$”
