“This January At first I had my doubts about this place. I know it's not the best looking place and the waiting times are long but in the end I was given the best care by the nurses and doctors here. I understand there is a shortage of staff and due to them being overwhelmed they still had a good and positive attitude and did the best they could. My baby and I were treated well and observed during our stay the only thing I did not like were the covid rules, which my husband was not allowed to leave the room at all or he couldn't go back in the room at all and no visits were allowed even though during the tour they had said we were allowed 1 visitor. One thing I reccomend is bringing snacks, drinks and food to eat for your hospital stay. I wish I could remember all of the nurses names that helped me when delivering my baby. I highly recommend signing up for their first 5LA program and shields program, they have been so much support and gave us so many items for our baby's arrival including a car seat. ❤ Thank you all !”

“Dr. Au is one of the best gastric sleeve surgeons in Los Angeles. His office is in Beverly Hills and Pomona I had my surgery done with him and lost 150 pounds with him. “The gym is kept pretty clean. There is a good selection of pre workouts and protein shakes in the fridge. Staff is pretty good too. I just wish there were more flat benches and squat racks and less cardio machines. Any given day the weight section is packed and I’ve never had a hard time finding an empty cardio machine. Please get more racks and benches lifting is so popular now”
