“I have been seeing Raya for 10+ years so there is a lot to write about. However, I will only write about my last experience with her. From 2019-2020, I started having serious hair loss, anxiety, and panic attacks. I was 36-37 years old at the time, healthy, and within my recommended weight range. My panic attacks got so bad that I stopped driving (the attacks would sneak up on me randomly) and ended up at the ER almost on a weekly basis. In late 2020, I saw Raya for all of my issues. After seeing my blood work she was shocked to see that my thyroid level was at a 9! I believe the normal numbers are 1.5-3.5. She immediately called me and gave me a few supplements and wrote down a huge list of good and bad foods for me. Turns out I’m allergic to nightshades which include eggplants (my favorite food), tomatoes, bell peppers, etc. I immediately stopped eating those foods and took all of the supplements. 6 months later, my thyroid was at 2.5, my hair loss has completely stopped, and I haven’t had a single panic/anxiety attack. There is so much more I can write about this woman. She is my go-to person when it comes to any health concerns/issues. Also, she is such a caring person and gentle soul. I 100% believe in her practice and truly trust her.”

“TL;DR-I love Hype, and Reagan is my favorite instructor! He plays the best music and brings the most amazing vibes. I have been taking classes at Hype for 2 months now, and it is unequivocally my favorite fitness studio ever. The instructors are kind, and the clientele is very diverse for an LA spin studio. Not just skinny white girls in Alo sets (no offense to these girlies, you're just way overrepresented in fitness studios). The people at the front desk are so welcoming, and will help you get situated on your bike. The instructors are motivating but not body-shaming. The restrooms are gender neutral and it's very queer and trans friendly. I cannot recommend Hype enough!”
