“The Doctors are wonderful and supportive! The telephonic receptionist is attrocious and have significantly delayed my son's care and ran his insurance incorrectly due to ineptitude. Very disrespectful and lies about procedure for running insurance and gaslit me about prior conversations of appointment availability and will not get back to you in a timely manner. My positive is for the Doctors and the doctors alone. They're being terribly misrepresented by the front desk staff specifically Dani. She argued with our insurance adjuster for 30 minutes when they stated care was covered and then called me back and said I provided her with the improper contact number when she had access to my child's insurance card. If the doctor's weren't as phenomenal as they are I'd find another office based on her behavior alone. She is clearly not taking advantage of the services of her employer and could definitely use them.”
