Fitness Factor has all the equipment and machines a person needs to get in shape, but the gym’s culture keeps people coming back and attracts new people. This gym has people of all ages, sizes, and various fitness needs. He understands that we are at different stages with our health and exercise and that there is no judgment. He pours into all his clients and offers various resources and opportunities to be successful in our journeys! For example, he has had an exercise and nutritional fair, periodically offers educational sessions on nutrition, and offers opportunities to participate in hikes and other activities. Everyone at the gym ends up getting to know each other and becomes supportive of each other. It is a beautiful, blended family. We motivate, celebrate, and continuously challenge each other! There are not enough words in the world to express our love, respect, and appreciation for the entire Fitness Factor family!”
