“I moved to LA back in January and stumbled across the Inspire team during a morning walk where I saw one of their Sunday morning classes taking place. I had been looking for a gym and was intrigued because I had wanted to start a routine focused on intervals or circuits with a group. Needless to say, that is exactly what Inspire does and I was hooked on day 2. Not only was it a phenomenal workout that was less than an hour long, the staff were extremely friendly and made you feel right at home. Each trainer brings their own flair and I love that they offer a multitude of sessions throughout the day so I can fit in a session nearly every day around my busy schedule. Additionally, they do a lot of work behind the scenes so that each person gets individual attention to whatever extent they desire. You really feel like a valued member of their community when you join the gym. I couldn't say enough great things and I've only scratched the surface. They also do individual training sessions, meal prep, weekly hosted events, and more. Many of these extra services I have not chosen to take advantage of, but I think it's great that they take a holistic approach on helping people achieve whatever their fitness goals may be. I take pride in attending and supporting this gym and I guarantee that you will too!”

“Let me begin by saying that I entered this process with anxiety and trepidation. My ankle injuries were a lifetime in the making almost 25 years of repetitive high grade sprains that were never properly diagnosed or repaired. My latest injury sent me on a research mission to help find a lasting therapy. Finding Dr. Sampson was a gift from the Universe! With all my skepticism but a hope that I had nothing to lose and everything to gain I underwent a comprehensive treatment at the Orthohealing Center. I received stem cell injections harvested from my marrow, a follow up of PRP and a series of combination sound wave, cryotherapy treatments. Now I am 8 week out from the PRP and 18 Weeks from the Stem Cell. I have full range of motion. I am hiking uneven surfaces 5 miles a day. I have never felt more stable and the results are nothing less the extraordinary!!! Yes . I also committed to 3 months of PT but the combination has proven to be miraculous. I was told I would need surgery, Ankle fusion, a brace for life ... They were wrong!! As for pain and recovery ... The procedure was a 2 out of 10 in terms of discomfort, the recovery was no issue whatsoever. I was cared for and followed up with and never felt as though I was not in the best hands possible. Orthohealing center staff was accommodating and communicative. Frankly a wonderful all around experience! I give the greatest possible recommendation and could not be more grateful. “I’ve only been here once; the owner was busy on the phone ordering more products. So I couldn’t really ask a question. I needed a boost before the gym. I didn’t know what to get but back in the day my boost was redline LoL, to my surprise they still had it so I went with it. I don’t remember it being that pricey but it wasn’t bad $4 a bottle its supposed to be for 2 servings but its more like 4 for me. About the business (Instagram page @Nutritechmontebello)… We are a family-owned business that sells fitness supplements and tanning services since 1997! Our primary objective isn’t to sell you something. It is to help you achieve your fitness goals. “I grew up at Veterans. On of the cleanest most open parks you can get. A very nice skatepark, basketball courts and baseball diamonds. I hold some of my most precious moment at this park I literally grew up from a little kid playing all sports and this park made me into the athlete I am today. A great park to go to. Defefinitly reccomend.”
