SoulCycle provides you the means to have fun but also to push yourself. I love coming to SoulCycle because I feel good doing it. I’m by no means a professional, nor am I even close, but there’s no judgment, and no one cares about all that. The instructors push you and get you through it. The music and the ambiance in the room moves you and helps you complete the journey. It is such a good workout, and by the end of it, you’re exhausted and dripping with sweat, but you’re also proud of yourself for doing it and getting it done. The staff there is accommodating when checking in and adjusting your bike to fit your comfort. The instructors are very uplifting and guide you on your bike journey. The restrooms are always clean and are in excellent condition. They have lockers to keep your belongings safe. So what are you waiting for?”
