Waiting time is normal as tou would expect but the biggest plus is that this office has all female doctors. This is a plus as some women do not feel. Comfortable being seen by a Male doctor. Free Valet parking provided by office but there is also plenty of street parking. Office is well organize and clean.”

“Great gym, great staff, good equipment! I have been a member here for a few years and I am happy to have been one. Unfortunately, over the past year, the gym has been incrementally being taken over my what appears to be incredibly large groups of high school students who come in groups of 10 or more. The gym is small as it is, and not even considering the pandemic, the capacity constantly feels strained. Unless you come at certain times (early morning), be prepared to wait 10-15 min for any equipment. If you need a squat rack, it make take upwards of 40 min for one those to free up (especially if a group of friends is spread among all 3). I have seen one teen spend about 70 min on the squat rack, performing sets of 1 rep before resting for 10 min and chatting with his friends, who are using the rack next to his, who also chat in between sets with their friends on the next rack over. This is not a criticism of the gym itself; like I said, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my membership here over the years. It is just becoming unbearable with the crowd. Whenever I see a sign or email announcing some kind of promotion, my heart sinks further lol. I think it’s time to move on to another gym! Thanks for everything so far. Maybe I’ll come back if you expand or change your capacity limit. 😊🙏”

“Foothill has been around for years and has been a staple for the special needs families in the Tujunga area. Not only did I work here briefly, but my nephew also received services from their clinical staff. Foothill has provided families the tools they need to support their children. They offer various services such as direct therapy and parent training. The diagnosis of Autism may be scary for a lot of parents but receiving early intervention is the key. My nephew is now a young adult and although he still requires supervision, his behaviors have subsided drastically and he’s finally able to communicate with us. “I just completed the 6 week challenge with PLYO and let me just say it was kind of a dream! The instructors were so helpful and went out of their way to build a relationship with you and your goals, while supporting your form. This is not something I saw myself being able to do but I felt so empowered the whole way through. Honestly, I started it somewhat non seriously but once I started to see results, I got very into it. The schedule is flexible, the classes are small enough for individual attention, and the facility rocks. Special shout out to Johnny, Kyle, and Erika for always bringing the energy to class! The music is fun and the environment meets you where ever you're at. Can't believe I'm saying this but I couldn't recommend the team at plyo if you're looking to get in great shape and learn weight lifting form at the same time!
