Had an appointment with Josie, who was running a little bit behind, but she greeted me and got me a drink while I waited (those little gestures mean a lot - sometimes barbers get behind on their schedule, so it was completely understandable). Josie was super nice while we stepped through the haircut, which made the experience that much more special - I understand now why she ran a little behind, and that's because the level of care and detail she put into the haircut was confidence inspiring (I knew she wasn't letting leave that chair with a haircut nothing short of perfect).
