“This place really rocks. It's for people of all ages (no joke! I'm 56!), however most of the members are young and fit! The classes are really intense and positive--everything is immaculately clean and modified outside for covid. The parking lot outside where the classes are held is quiet and safe. They bring out the individual eqpt and have everything set up so you don't have to do anything. I feel that the people are all goal directed and friendly. Nobody judges anyone for modifying an exercise and I feel very well received. There is no pressure to join and the owner gives you plenty of time to try the place out. If you're looking to keep in shape during this epidemic, than you've found your place at survival of the fittest. And the name is fitting, indeed.”
