“Dr. Hala is, without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever had. In terms of her clinical skill, both she and her staff consistently do an incredible and thorough job of scaling and examining my teeth. I had a filling replaced and Dr. Hala took extra time to make sure I had a full nerve block in place before digging in. After the procedure, I had no pain or discomfort, and the new filling 'blended in' without impacting my bite. Where Dr. Hala really shines, is in the care she exhibits for her patients. She takes time to model proper oral hygiene and holds her patients accountable for taking good care of their teeth. She's an advocate for their overall health and was quick to respond to the pandemic with enhanced cleaning and safety procedures, as well as designing and giving away masks for her patients to wear outside the clinic. I feel very fortunate to have my teeth in such good hands - I actually look forward to going to the dentist, and I cannot recommend this practice enough!”

They offer a variety of services like relapse prevention, kickboxing, yoga and even have outings once a week. “I recently switched to BID Family Medical in Medfield for convenience because the practice is literally down the street from my house. I love this practice. I love Dr. Fleischmann. I feel cared for when I'm not well or have a question(s). The nurse calls back and goes through all the questions to make sure it's not an urgent matter. The nurse calls me right away to follow-up after a surgery. When my husband had a surgery at Mount Aurburn, he didn't receive any follow-up calls. It really shows that this practice and the entire staff genuinely care about their patients. Thank you so much for your caring and the superior services you provide.
