It was a very difficult, highly unusual situation in which family members took turns caring for her in the family home--some traveling from quite a distance and moving in for their "shift"--in a continual rotation of changing family members every few weeks for years. Amazingly, under the guidance of this company, we managed to provide consistent, compassionate comfort care until she passed away. Every single employee was professional, uplifting, supportive, kind-hearted, and completely committed to maintaining her dignity and comfort and our collective peace of mind. “Thought I'd show my favorite orthodontist a little love so that everyone else can find out about the best ortho care in Claremont! My treatment plan was estimated to go on for about a year but after just four months in, Dr. Lee changed my entire look using Invisalign. I was blown away. I was originally turned down by one of those online teledentistry companies that I saw an ad for on Instagram for clear aligners. The polite rejection basically translated to "Your teeth are too messed up for our basic remote treatment, so seek out an actual orthodontist." [Waaahhh-- insert crying face emoji here!] After getting a consultation with Dr. Lee, I understood why. I had a lot of overcrowding that needed physical treatment, such as teeth slimming which obviously could not be handled by a company that just sends you twenty trays, waves you a proverbial goodbye and expects to handle the rest of your treatment on your own. Kinda scary, especially for the cost they're charging you right off the bat. If you choose to continue your treatment because you're still not satisfied with your results, then these companies will charge an additional $200 or more every time you want to continue another round of treatments. And if anything goes wrong, there is no doctor for you to talk to, even for simple questions regarding any discomfort. Getting turned away was a blessing in disguise for me. Anytime I have a concern, I never feel rushed. I like that my questions are thoroughly addressed and I understand everything that is happening with my teeth. I'm still in treatment right now but I'm close to being done. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you want really warm, friendly service. Dr. Kit is really good as well but he's more technical and to the point as he's actually a professor at a dental college, so his expertise is just next level good. With a team like this, you cannot put your smile in better hands. I am so happy-- the transformation is so tremendous in such a short period of time that I don't even recognize my mouth in the mirror anymore!”

“Was referred here in 2016 by my supervisor at work and she was right they provide exceptional service. I have seen Hector Gonzalez, but mainly Cristina Rosales and she's such a great doctor. She is patient, listens to all your problems and explains what the treatment will be. I was so please that I brought my husband to this clinic and my kids too. The office is always clean and the staff front desk and nurses really nice, wait has been short to see a doctor not like other clinics I had gone to waiting for over an hr when I had an appt. This will always be my clinic and I will keep referring more people because we all deserve to have a clinic were we feel doctors and staff actually care. Lastly a great thing is they accept both medical and private insurance.”

“I received physical therapy here spanning just before the coronavirus outbreak and 4 months into it. The precautions they took to ensure everyone health and safety were phenomenal! You walk in, stand behind a plexiglass, they take your temperature and give you a wristband okaying you. You sign in, and hand sanitize after. There has been very little, if no wait time, as long as I show up on time for my appointment! They call you in the back and you begin your therapy. If there are others present, they do a great job to manage physical distancing. They clean frequently and between patients. The therapy itself is very effective. For my issue, the pain didn't necessarily subside, but the stretches and exercises definitely improved my mobility, which helps me be able to walk better and more comfortably. My-Anh was my physical therapist and I just love her! Even though it's not part of her job, she always remembered what I'd mention about my family and she'd ask how they were doing. She is an overall wonderful caregiver!”
