My son is 3 and couldn't even stand having water on his face in the shower, but by the end of week 1 he was easily able to put his entire face underwater without goggles (and without tears). By the end of the second week, kids will have the skills to hold their breath, paddle, and kick effectively in the water. Coach Brande has a wonderful way with kids of all ages, and both my children loves going to swimming class to learn from her. She implements plenty of positive reinforcement, reassurance, realistic goals, and strict rules (very necessary around the pool). Kids pay attention to her, are eager to learn new skills, and both of mine were so proud of what they accomplished after each class! I thoroughly recommend iSwimin10 and Coach Brande!”
