I’ve been five times and the health service I’ve received here has been excellent. The staff is so kind, friendly, and down to earth. Every time I’ve visited I see them laughing and joking with each other. I can tell people really seem to love working here and it really shows when it comes to their service! I always feel listened to and comfortable while receiving care. I could not be happier with my experiences. There is also a huge, free parking lot that saves so much of a headache when it comes to visits. I’ve never had trouble parking here. Which in LA is a godsend.”

“Was referred here in 2016 by my supervisor at work and she was right they provide exceptional service. I have seen Hector Gonzalez, but mainly Cristina Rosales and she's such a great doctor. She is patient, listens to all your problems and explains what the treatment will be. I was so please that I brought my husband to this clinic and my kids too. The office is always clean and the staff front desk and nurses really nice, wait has been short to see a doctor not like other clinics I had gone to waiting for over an hr when I had an appt. This will always be my clinic and I will keep referring more people because we all deserve to have a clinic were we feel doctors and staff actually care. Lastly a great thing is they accept both medical and private insurance.”

“This is my favorite shop of all time! I’ve been to multiple shops throughout LA County, including some of the more famous ones, but nothing beats the customer service or the prices here. Everyone who works here is extremely professional as well as very friendly; they’ve always made me feel very comfortable, even when I brought my mother here for her first dispensary visit and she had a million questions to ask! “This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been admitted into due to an emergency I had 10 years ago and a recent one just last week. I suffered a couple facial fractures, a brain hemorhage and a busted open eye due to a skating accident and everyone from the doctors to the radiologist, to the nurses and caretakers treated with me with care and concern and in a very friendly manner. I was particularly happy with a 35 year old Asian nurses aid named Kate. She was kind, friendly, funny...the best. This Hospital deserves no less than a 5 start rating both times I''ve been admitted.”

“I switched my work insurance from Cigna over to Kaiser Permanente HMO so I found myself here for my new primary care physician. Parking was plentiful. Check-in at the reception desk was pretty easy. You could either use the kiosk to check-in or with one of the receptionists. You will be notified which station is available. After getting my vitals taken by the nurse, it was a somewhat lengthy wait for my doctor to see me. However once he showed up, he was nice and thorough for the first visit. After I was done seeing my doctor, I visited their lab work station to get my blood work. It was really quick and painless. My blood work was done in no time at all. Overall I have to say that for my very first KP visit, it was a good experience. I was able to check my lab results online.”

“The counselors who teach groups are extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They are ready to explain the trauma that causes addiction. In groups you really bond with your peers. There are NA meetings held here as well as other meetings, almost every day besides Thursday. I’m a cynic regarding medical professionals but I can say this with sincerity: Kaiser’s addiction treatment really cares.”
