“I was in the process of selling my condo and needed a storage unit around where I work and currently live. The first person I spoke to was Chris. He helped me through the entire process and totally went over and beyond what I asked him to do and the one who guided me through what I thought was going to be a more complicated process. He gave me a tour of my initial unit, then there was a possibility I needed another storage unit and he helped me reserve another unit in the process. I've used a few storage places throughout the last decade or so, and thought the only job of the front desk employees was to hand over keys and show you the unit. Very hands off...... Chris was the opposite. He called me giving me updates. Asked if there was anything else I needed. Kept me engaged and in the loop. If you do decide to rent a storage unit from simply self storage, I would look to Chris. Great employee, great customer service, definitely recommend! Eric”
