“A personal mecca. Even though the foyer/outside entrance has changed radically (they must have cut down at least 4 trees in the past decade) I'mgrateful this place is still standing! It was very surreal being in the presence where they filmed one of my childhood favorite movies of all-time! Please, though, do be mindful around the premises! This is the residence of several REAL people! Would you like someone snooping around and being loud?”

“We had a soup, a dinner roll and a classic salad entree at total 24.64$ and it was enough for 2. This is not a bargain but also no ripoff. The restaurant cares for healthy food which tastes good and the environment is much better than in chain restaurant.”

“Formerly the site of Surfridge, CA, a beach residential neighborhood for Hollywood elite built in 1921. In the 60's , LAX acquired the land and razed the homes, but the streets remain. It is fenced off to the public but is now used as a Preserve for the Blue Butterfly, once near extinction and not found anywhere else on earth. Best time to walk the perimeter and spot them is late summer. Free parking along Waterview Street, along the beach.”
