“I had another plumber come the night before after waiting for him to show up at 6pm, he came at 9pm. Once he was here I felt the price he was trying to charge me was way to be much. I thanked him for finally showing up and send him on his way. Then I called Carlos. From the first call he was very responsive. I called that same night and he arrived the next afternoon. He even sent me a google map link to follow him as he made his way to my house, which I thought was really helpful. Carlos explained my options and then got to work unclogging the drain under my house that was causing a back up in my shower and toilet. I'm glad I called him, he was very professional, responsive and reasonable. The next time I have a plumbing issue, Carlos will now be my go to. I would recommend him to friends and family. “We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself. Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Our mainline to the street had been backing up and we had called another rooter company to snake it. They recommended replacing the mainline and gave us a high quote. He stuck to the quote and the system works great. The TACOGenie pump enables us to have hot water instantly in our master bath.
