On one of my Burger Barns I usually add sauerkraut (delicious) -- something you don't get often get to do. Rolling is definitely a "roll your own" kind of place. I also enjoy sitting outside. We have one of the absolute finest climates anywhere on the planet, and at Rolling they've made it easy to enjoy dining al fresco, with a huge upgraded patio covered by an outstanding rigid awning for shade, and with new outdoor furniture. One of my favorite places to decompress at lunchtime.”
