However, I've had terrible customer service, not that the employees were bad, but they tend to misunderstand what im asking for and be utterly confused with how to use their ordering system (even for easy orders). Yesterday I asked for a number 9 (which was delicious) with a hot potato instead of fries. She confirmed "a number 10..." I corrected her. Then she couldn't figure out how to substitute the fries... no big, but it seems to be a systemic and repetitive problem.”
