“Trap's style sits between reasonably authentic southern cooking and borderline ridiculous. That being said, its definitely good to be ridiculous when the food is top notch. I've been to to this eatery several times and they do not fail to disappoint when I'm craving greasy comfort food. The chicken and mac and cheese are top notch; and it is good how they change their desert menu from time to time. Although, it is reasonable to assume that most of Trap's clientele first stumble upon the location after the bars close, it complements the well established late night joints such as In-and-out or Spanglish. Be that as it may, Trap is a treat during all hours of the day, I would recommend a visit.”

“Fish and chips were very good. You have a lot of options: fish, shrimp, oysters, calamari for example. Chinese food is also available. Place is quiet run down looking and the staff doesn't wear a smile on their face full time. However, they are professional, our fish is wonderfully prepared with this, crunchy batter. Hot braised shrimp was as expected with the shrimp being very fresh.”

“The Santuari was amazing!!! The section we sat in was rich with colors, and beautiful lamps hanging from the ceiling. You can see the room in the pictures I included with this review. The food was delicious, and even though they are not a vegan restaurant they worked with people to help them experience their delicious food choices by replacing butter with olive oil, and in other kind ways. We had a super friendly server who was both knowledgeable, and beyond kind. That made my night. The food was so wonderful. You can tell the chief takes pride in preparing these amazing dishes, and they are amazing. I had the sea bass which was accompanied with olives, capers, lemons, and other adventures and delicious creations. The carrot humus was divine, and dessert was heaven in the form of a strawberry shortcake with whipped cream. A very kind gentleman checked on us, and talked with us a little about the restaurants plans, as it is relatively new. I loved engaging with him, and learning more about the place. We can’t wait to try brunch. Tip: It’s a nice restaurant so dress up. It’s part of a private tennis club, and its architecture & interior remind you of a lot of fancy movies.”

“I was here on Labor Day with my girlfriend and neither one of us was very impressed. The place was nearly empty. The wait staff joked about it quite a bit. The lack of customers didn't equal more attention from the servers. We both had the ribs with sides and some in house beer. While the food was good the beer was not. Both were priced too high. It's a cool looking establishment in a good location. Wanted to like but won't be back.”
