Oh and not to mention they have happy hour from 3-6pm 🤗 We had carne asada fries and 2 rounds of buffalo wings and 2 rounds of margaritas Everything was super delicious with so much flavor We read some of the past reviews and people not liking to sit themselves at a table but honestly who cares The next day we had lunch and we had the barbacoa tacos , patty melt , turkey sandwich, carne asada fries, and fish tacos. They even gave us a small sample to try the pozole. Absolutely THE BEST. We could not stop telling them that the food was beyond delicious. The plates were well served and definitely worth the price. The Cove definitely tops any of the restaurants down at downtown Avalon. I would most definitely come and eat there again .”

“I ordered take-out for the boneless chicken in honey garlic, soy garlic, and gangjeong flavor. I really like the boneless chicken here they're super crispy even with all the sauces on top. They can still be crunchy even overnight and you microwave to heat it up again! Really like the taste here, amazing texture, and all the yummy flavor to try. This place is currently my to-go if I want some fried chicken.👍 I recently went back to try their lunch combo menu, that's definitely worth it. “This is a sister restaurant to Izakaya Osen in Silverlake. The interior design was really nice and the staff were kind and quick to service us. We went this month (February 2023) favorite dishes were the tuna pringles and the ochazuke (rice with broth). We got to try a bunch of nigiris, including a wagyu one with uni. The dessert was pretty heavy but aside from that, I would say it was a pretty good amount of food. This was a great omakase experience but I would say it was a bit expensive for what we got. The dishes were tasty and pretty creative but I had higher expectations for the $190 price tag (we sat by the bar but table seating would be $160).”

My favorite is the French Toast special with scrambled eggs and sausage. It’s perfect, not greasy, and the French Toast is flavorful. I usually have leftovers for the next day. You have the option to pick bacon or sausage with this special. Super Tom’s has a good selection of breakfast specials, including pancakes, steak, and hash brown. The breakfast plates are reasonably priced, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Many good options for lunch, burritos, hamburgers, and sandwiches. Buy one hamburger, get one free if you order after 4:00 pm., Excellent bang for your buck if you're looking to save on dinner. The hamburgers, steak fries, and onion rings are delicious. We order takeout and come to pick it up in the drive-thru. Ample parking and dining inside. Happy to have Super Tom’s as a local business in my beautiful City of Azusa.”

“King Donkatsu has average prices for amazing tonkatsu. Their tonkatsu is super crispy with lots of panko breading. I ordered the pork tenderloin that came with rice, shredded lettuce, miso soup, and a little bit of pickled vegetables. Their menu had many other options to choose from, and nothing is unusually expensive. King Donkatsu is located in the food court at the top of California Market.”
