“Wow! This is such a good breakfast spot!! Make sure you have cash on you, otherwise there is an ATM right outside, but definitely try this place! The pancakes were so fluffy and spongy, not too sweet or heavy, literally perfect. The Spanish Omlette is very delicious, the red sauce is homemade, and it kind of tastes like a wet burrito. The hashbrowns are also perfect--crispy (but not too crispy), buttery, and they weren't dry, like, you could eat them with or without ketchup. My over-easy eggs were made perfect as well, which is honestly kind of rare. The whites were cooked, but the yolks were super runny. Everything was really delicious, the coffee was good, and the service was really good and fast. I think I've found my new go-to breakfast spot. And the prices here are great. It's like $7 for 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, and hashbrowns. So glad we stopped in today :)”

“We have never had a bad experience at any Winchell's, but we really loved this one. It was pretty late at night and we wanted donuts. We thought because of the time they may have only stale ones. I was wrong. They were fresh and the glazed were warm. Some of the selection had been removed because they don't sell stale donuts, but there was still so much to choose from. We bought the 14 donuts for the price of a dozen. The man working there was so kind and sweet and even helped my grandson open the strawberry milk he just had to have right then. You will love this place.”

“Out of towner from Austin here…. OH MY. How could they not have more locations like this back home, my heart breaks knowing I can only have garlic Seoul Pho here in beautiful Los Angeles….. Everything was PHENOMENAL. The pho broth was oh so flavorful, and it was a very very large bowl. The shrimp pad Thai was a big portion as well, and tasty. I wish I could teleport to this place for lunch time, it was very quiet around 1-2 and it was ready quick. There are more options right next to it such as Korean porridge and hot chicken. It’s located inside California Marketplace, so you need to park in the parking garage. Highly recommend, I am blown away.”

So I stopped in front of their yellow truck and Hazel told me that chicken plate is really good. And she didn't lie to me. It is beyond amazing! I've never tried any Salvatore food but this is way too good. Definitely beyond my expectations! If you thought you don't like Hispanic food, you should try this place. Also she was nice and offered sauce which I really appreciate because I didnt get offered jam for my pancakes at mcdonalds and i know now to ask ask ask but still. I got a biscuit, mac, chicken and a drink for about $13. I also chose spicy but the spice level was so weak I could hear the kids laughing at it too. The mac was in the top 3 mac’s of fast food life ive had in the past year I’d say. The chicken was pretty good I can see why they have a line. Parking lot is small and a couple people nearly hit each other, beware. Props to the hard working employees they were so busy.”

The smells of cinnamon rolls and pies float in the air daring to temp you to try just one bite. We also had a fabulous waiter who was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and he even got us to try the cinnamon rolls. Amazing!!!! Elijah you are fabulous! “My dad found saw this place on a list from KTLA news. Best 50 yelp reviewed restaurants in the area. Decided to try it out and WOW. Definitely 5 stars. Prices are amazing, food was delicious! And the guy behind the counter was so friendly, even gave us samples to try before we ordered. Highly recommend!! It’s in a small lot, so parking isn’t ideal but still totally worth it. There’s a small seating area inside but if you prefer AC, I’d take it to go. We will be coming back soon. 😊”
