She loved it and said it had great flavor. The combo is $20 bucks it's a great deal. Comes with bowl of ramen, a hand roll, and some popcorn chicken. Overall a great spot to grab some good grub!”

“Date night brought us to the Hook and Plow. We planned on dining in Manhattan Beach but I'm pleased that we decided to head to Redondo beach instead. Place is quite small indoors but they do have outside seating with plenty of room. Our dining experience here was great.... great staff, great food, overall was the perfect Saturday night for us. Only downfall.... Parking. We drove around a few times before finding a parking spot. We have decided that we are going to try every single eatery located at Riviera Village so I'm definitely looking forward to that!”

“This is a nice place to go to if your craving Mexican food. The pitcher margaritas are REALLY GOOD!! I have had the watermelon margarita and the mango. One pitcher is for about 4 people, each person has two or maybe 3 drinks depending how heavy your pour is. It is really good quality and highly recommend. I do not recommend for two people. This is a nice spot if your a sports fan but don't want to go to a sports bar. There are TVs everywhere in the bar seating area so you can get a good view of the game that's on. The servers and bar tenders are all really nice and friendly. They are great at recommending food and drinks to order. It's a little pricy but to be honest you would doesn't a lot more for a lot less at a regular bar. The pitcher was $40. I would go here again especially for the pitcher drinks!”

“I have had this place a few times now, enough times to where I feel I can give an honest opinion. The pizza is good and toppings are fresh. Our last visit we tried ordering the laundry special (slice of pie and a drink) but the lady wanted to upsell me. I appreciate the effort so I went for it. Two personal pies (laundry special) for the same price, just no drinks. She ended up hearing me wrong and charged me for a large pie. Total was more than I expected but I went with it. We also ordered the 6 piece buffalo wings and the chicken nachos. Wings were not bad, good flavor and crispy. Chicken nachos could definitely use some work. They used a mozzarella cheese that got hard before we could even try them, so when you got a chip, everything stuck to the cheese came with it. I was thinking they should try a nacho cheese sauce to give it more of a nacho feel. My wife and I frequent the laundromat next door so we will be trying the pizza more. Staff is very nice and welcoming. All in all, I would recommend people try it for themselves. Different people have different opinions.”

I must mention that I eat sushi frequently and try to explore new sushi restaurants everywhere I travel to, so I’ve had a good share of sushi pretty much all over the world including Japan, but what these guys make in this small restaurant with a very simple decor is amazing!!! Everything that our server Peter (I hope I recall the name correctly) recommended was off the charts and I loved the presentation and the story of every dish! “It's easy to miss this place, if you are not looking for it. I thought it was closed, but it wasn't. The food is good and has a homemade Mexican taste to it. The prices are very low and reasonable. The only thing that it is lacking is a variety of meat options, since they only have asada, pastor, and chicken. I didn't try the chicken, but the other two meats were good. Reccomend the torta and the tacos, but be sure to say "no onions" on the tacos, if you're not a fan of red onion. Give the place a try. I decided to write this review, because I feel that this place wasn't getting the attention and didn't have proper pictures.”

“We had the option A with $29.99 per person before tax. The meat quality is pretty good, and they gave you a lot of meat. They also help you change the grill when it’s burnt. However, some flavors (spicy flavors) do not taste that good, and since they gave a lot of meat, it could be hard to finish them all. Overall, option A is good enough and the quality is not too bad.”
