“Tried this new spicy hotpot restaurant today. You can select any topings, noodle and meat you like. And then you choose beef or tomato soup base. They weigh whatever you choose on a scale. I think mine is like 1.3 pounds and it cost me about $18. I chose mild spiciness and that is the same level as Korean instant noodle by Nongshim, Bowl Noodle Souo Hot and Spicy flavor.”

“Very interesting place. The building's elevator system is hilarious, the buttons don't correspond to the floors. Ospero is on the ground floor, it does however have an amazing view as it's ok a cliff. The views are fantastic. The food is very good, the Buratta, the Zataar and the pizza were fantastic. The flavor is unmistakably authentic Mexican. The beans are so flavorful you'll want a second serving. The green salsa is a spicy chopped mix of serrano, jalapeno, onion and tomato. So far I've tried the taquitos, asada, and chicharron burrito. I recommend you go with the chicharron. More updates as I try different items”

“UPDATE July 13, 2022 : I took my pizza back yesterday and spoke to Mike the manager. He was very apologetic, fired up a new pizza for me, and added the credit for the pizza that the previous employee said he was putting in their system that was not entered as previously promised. Not sure what happened the day before, but I'm happy to report that Mike handled the situation with first class customer service. New picture added of my fresh pizza along with the updated rating. JULY 12, 2022: I was excited to have Fresh Brother's pizza since it had been a while since having one. Their pizza has always been fresh and flavorful. Ordered Veggie with extra toppings. Was handed the incorrect pizza...cheese pizza with no toppings. Realized this when I got home...25 minutes away. Called them and they apologized and offered me a credit for another pizza on another day. I didn't want cheese pizza so I drove 25 minutes back to get the veggie pizza I originally ordered. Didn't think they would literally give me the same pizza that has been sitting there since they handed me the wrong pizza. Drove 25 minutes to get home to a soggy pizza stuck to the paper they placed under the pizza with burnt edges stuck to the paper. They had handed me the pizza I ordered 1.5 hours before. I couldn't get one slice to release from the paper with the full crust under it even after using a spatula to release. One piece I ate...because that was my dinner... the crust was stuck to the paper so i was only able to eat the toppings. Very disappointed in the results after spending $30.00. They should have fired a new pizza when I called them knowing it was going to take me another 25 minutes to get there. Everyone knows you don't complain about food because you never know who's in the kitchen that's going to seek revenge for a mistake they made. After 1.5 hours back and forth, I wasn't going to take it back last night. But they will be getting their pizza back today after work.”

“First time I came here I tried some new things and found what I liked and wasn't so fond of. This time I ordered some shrimp rolls, those were yummy with sweet and sour sauce! “My husband and I ordered from here on 2/20/21 . We have been looking for an Italian food place that offers more than just 🍕. I got the stuffed Manicotti (could of used a little more mozzarella cheese) and he got the baked Ziti. Both of which were very very good. Very nice phone service and the delivery guy was extremely polite. The antipasto was very good also. The salad dressings are very small so ask for 2 of either Creamy Italian or the Vinaigrette. “Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. It's very busy, but understandably so, the menu is big with lots of options. The crepes are especially good, but anything will satisfy here. The skillets are good, and portions for all meals are very large. “TLDR: Order the vegan pupusas and the pan sin pollo! Loved everything about this place from the many vegan options to the staff ! I told my friend I would go vegan if he could find me a good vegan pupusa and he definitely did. We ordered the plátano (ate to fast to take a pic), pan sin pollo, and both of their vegan pupusas de masa de arroz. Everything was fresh to order and the flavor was immaculate! They make their own vegan crema centroamericana from cashews and it’s to die for ! The non vegan crema has a very dístinct flavor and Mama’s captured it perfectly. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his pan sin pollo and couldn’t get enough of the consomé. I tried the vegan bean & cheese and revuelta pupusa with jack fruit. I was so happy to learn that they made the vegan pupusas out of masa de arroz! The salsa has the perfect consistency and the flavor complimented the pupusas. We washed everything down with a cold cola champagne. We were also offered a vegan Chile verde that wasn’t even on the menu yet! I can’t say enough good about this place. The family that owns and operates the place was extremely friendly and really made us feel at home. They were so kind and willing to answer any questions we had. I was thrilled to learn that the mother of the family had developed many of the recipes we were able to enjoy ! I will definitely be back again and again!”

“This is a mixed review. Went to Baldwin Parks Panda Express Saturday night Oct 22nd about 9pm. I started to place my order. However, as I started to order the bowls. Some of the items I requested. Which was walnut shrimp, chow mein, and the ragoons. The associate said "we're out of that, we're out of those too". So I said really you ran out? She said yes. So I order the fried rice in the bowls. As I got to the window to pay I saw some walnut shrimp an employee was placing in a box. I ask the young lady her name was Ashley "wait you have walnut shrimp and she said yes it just came out. I said the lady that took my order said you were out. I then asked if they had chow mein and ragoons. She said yes, but they're cooking them and will be ready in about 5 mins. I said why didn't the lady that took my order just say that they were cooking and it'd be a little bit? I would've said yes I'll waited. Ashley apologized several times saying yes the other associate should of told you they cooking again my apologies. Ashley was very kind and remedied the problem. However, I feel the lady that took my order should of been the one to apologize. Anyways, like I said mixed review here. I'm writing this review to praise and thank Ashley for going above and beyond to make sure the customer (me) left happy.”

One of the highlights was a fusion appetizer: ceviche tostadas that had Indian seasonings in the mix (garam masala? I asked the chef but he wouldn't reveal). We also enjoyed various lamb and chicken dishes. The servers were friendly and the little neighborhood in South Pasadena was delightful.”
