We completely gutted our kitchen, installed a wall in the middle of our large bathroom (to yield 2 separate bathrooms, with brand new everything), replaced brand new luxury vinyl flooring, replace drain pipes and water pipes throughout the house, relocating a water heater from hallway to garage, replacing tiles and hardware for booth shower stall, installing a fireplace mantle, and installing of whole-house water softener/filtration system.
