The guy that came for our estiamte was about 30minute late, however he was very informative of what needs to be done and gave us plenty of options we could do to replace the roof. Out of the 5 roofers we have found, some of which were referred by friends and family, Sunshine was the most reasonable priced. Took them about 2 weeks to demo and install our new roof, and their workers did a fantastic job keeping the place clean. Their tile installers took their time and the results showed.
