“I was looking for movers from LA,CA to AUS,TX move. I had talks with 20+ vendors and finally I selected Presto Logistics. In one line I would say, "They did a good job." Process was transparent and movement was smooth. 1. They call you for in-person or virtual tour to estimate the quote. 2. Henry visited and noted all the inventory. He clarified everything like Process, timelines, quote, packaging charges if any, material used to pack, loading, unloading, disassembling, reassembling. 3. On given day, team came and taped all my boxes again (I had already tapped them), wrapped all home items and furniture. everything was done in 60-90 min. 4. as per estimation, they deliver my households safely to my new apartment without any loss or damage. Thanks to Henry who looked into this personally. Martin and his team for quick packaging. I don't remember the delivery team name but they were awesome too. Quick and efficient. “For an indoor storage facility, Scott Storage has very affordable rates. Only downside is that only the front office has air conditioning, so it gets pretty hot in warm/hot weather. Manager very nice. Would definitely recommend!!! 💖”

“I see a lot of bad reviews but I have always got right in and out. I’m usually not real early tho, and I always deliver eggs. There’s quite a bit of truck traffic through here tho so you may have to wait till a few for someone to move so you can back in. If you’re here early it’s probably going to be a cluster. Lumpers have always been great as well, I check in and they yank it off, sign my bills and I’m gone.”

“My mom made the decision to move into an assisted living facility and they were able to get her in within two weeks. Thankfully, we were able to secure Gentle Transitions for the move because I’m convinced it couldn’t have happened without them! Gloria and Toni came within days to identify the items for the move. They had already visited the senior center and had the floor plan so they knew what would fit and as they walked through the house. They measured items my mom wanted to take and made insightful suggestions as to which additional pieces would be useful in the new floor plan. They even grabbed items from different rooms that complemented her choices to take her new arrangement to the next level. In 2 hours, they had scoured the 3000+ square-foot home and had the new floor plan identified. They showed up the next week at 8 AM and by 3 PM, we had my mom completely unpacked, to include pictures on the wall. The attention to detail they showed was remarkable: which mattress went on which bed, if the beds were made to her liking, if her recliner was in the right spot, if a table lamp looked better on that table or another, etc. They felt like family and their professionalism completely put my mom’s mind at ease during an extremely emotional and stressful transition.
