“Overall I was pretty happy with this store and it's unlimited haircut plan till I moved away in June and have been trying to cancel the unlimited plan since and it's been a nightmare because The people in the store won't cancel it for you. They tell you to send an email so I send the email once a month and never get a response. And my account still gets to charge and then when you try to call the store it goes straight to voicemail every time and you can never talk to a person. I've been trying to get a hold of the manager for months and this has been the most frustrating experience and every month I see a charge on my account that I'm not using!!!!!”

The lovely Guatemalan lady who served my food sat down with me for a while and we talked in spanish about her country and my experience of living in Mérida. My baby was turning away from the camera being shy all of a sudden. The staff was extremely patient and offered suggestions in helping us get better imaging like drink water or take a quick walk. The tech was very patient and gentle. She kept ensuring I was ok and making sure she wasn't pushing hard. My comfort was their priority.
