“This is a family run business that's been in operation since before Pomona was a city. Ok, maybe not that long, but they've been there for decades. My father took his boats here for at least the last 15 years. He passed away recently and left me his boat so I've taken up the tradition of using them as well. I brought the boat in for review last week as the boat hadn't been in operation for a couple years and Sandy remembered my father, all the boats he's serviced for him, as well as the previous owners of the boats we've owned. Basically, his memory is sharp and his skills are even sharper. If you're looking for a shop that wont jack you around and will take meticulous care of your boats engine needs, this is the place to go. Call ahead and make an appt, they're constantly busy.”

One thing I love about LA is how many amazing restaurants there are. Burgers are common on a lot of menus but you can also find many places like For The Win where they specialize in classic burgers. The char on the smash burgers was perfect. The addition of their homemade fry sauce gives it a nice flavor and it is served on a fresh potato bun. I love pickles on burgers and they toss a few in. The fries are thin and crispy. Like I've said in other reviews, I love all fries and when they are well made it makes it even tastier. Places that make their own sauces are awesome. I love to dip my fries so I grabbed the sauces. I admit the chicken sandwich on the menu was very intriguing but I wasn't there for the chicken. I will make a return trip to check it out. Parking is easy enough but be forewarned it's right at a popular freeway entrance so be mindful of how you approach their parking lot.”
