I came to tire barn because I have a warranty on my tires. But I went to discount tire to fix the low tire or flat tire, as I thought it was. Well let me say that nothing was wrong with my tire, just low from the cold. Discount tire took the tire off and was making me buy a new tire. Tire Barn mounted the tire back on the same rim and showed me the belt or sidewall or anything was wrong. I was the second customer to come in and say the same thing. Shame on Discount Tires..

This place is amazing!!! We bought my new tires here , I got a blade in my tire and Costco after sitting there for 5.5 hours told me I needed a new tire and only had 1 in stock so the price was almost 600.00 The staff was so truthful and told me my tire could be repaired. They saved me 600.00 for being truthful Today I went in with 2 screws in my tire and I went in at almost closing the manager Albert took care of me and couldn't have been any nicer I will always go back and I appreciate Tire barns staff so much. We hit a huge rock on 65 right before the exit and limped it in. Jim (the manager) and his team saved our entire anniversary vacation trip. They got us in right in, checked all 4 tires and got the damaged one off. The rim was bent and we had no donut, but Jim knew we were in a hurry to get to Chicago, so he sent one of his team personally to another store that fixes this kind of damage. The wheel was beyond repair, so Jim negotiated to get us another rim that would work for our car to get us through the weekend. Then he had his team member bring that back, check it, and then refit it (and all our new tires) to the car.

The effort Jim and his team went to was spectacular. There were plenty of times when a lesser person would have said "nothing I can do." I watched him expertly navigate this repair with thoughtfulness and expertise, all while also helping other customers and getting corporate tech support to fix their printer. Simply the finest repair experience of my life and an actual pleasure to get to watch someone truly great at their profession solving problems.
